i actually just spent probably 20 minutes looking at all the cool information they have (they show traffic maps! it's nifty, even if you're not looking to get to an airport on time).

you can also google the flight number - if you know it - to get very current information regarding the flight.

in other exciting news, that blog will be the home of all the updates this summer while i'm STUDYING IN FRANCE. get pumped.

not that much else to report - i know, i'm sad too - but hopefully things will get more exciting soon. until then, there will be me in lab, in class, in more lab, studying, sometimes eating, and then going to lab some more. it should be enthralling.

so i was thinking i might use this blog to update people on the goings-on of the 'ternets, as so many of you [in this more northern half of my life] seem to completely miss out on lots of fantastic things the internet has to offer.

but it seems that a large part of that has already been done (thank you stumble), with a more appropriate title than i could have ever come up with.

dance marathon was friday-saturday, 7pm-7pm. for those of you who don't know, we stood for 24 hours straight to raise money for the UNC children's hospital. if you're interested in learning more, check out the website [uncmarathon.org] which has some pictures etc. i'll upload more pictures later, but the only ones i took before my camera died were of me and cara making an epic jenga tower. those will be here as soon as i get my camera back - totally left it there.

tons of awesome performers came (check the site for a lineup), but an extra-huge shout out to e-603, who is fantastic. yall really should check him out [e-603.com] especially because all his music is up there for free.

for fellow heels, i strongly suggest lettin' it rock next year for dmxii, it's so worth it and the pain doesn't seem so bad now that it's past.
