i actually just spent probably 20 minutes looking at all the cool information they have (they show traffic maps! it's nifty, even if you're not looking to get to an airport on time).
you can also google the flight number - if you know it - to get very current information regarding the flight.
in other news, two volcano eruptions this week. google it for news, i have to go to the library.
